Our leadership team has been remote for years. When we became an all-remote team, we could no longer rely on casual interactions to help us fill in the gaps of our relationships and implicitly build trust. All we had were computers and phones.

We’ve learned that meetings are the key. They’re the only time we have to be together, so we have to make them count. We’ve put a lot of thought into the types of meetings we have, the purposes of each meeting, the structure, the length, the frequency. This guide lays it ALL out there.
