We've all struggled with burnout—that feeling that tells you you've hit your breaking point, and you just can't keep up anymore. Burnout doesn't just affect us at work; it affects the way we show up at home and how we treat the people we care about most.

The best way to confront burnout, limit its effects, and learn how to avoid it in the future is to create the space to talk about it. We created this meeting agenda to help you facilitate a healthy discussion around where your team—or even your family—may feel overextended and what you can do to help each other.

You will see that there is not a price for this agenda. We believe in a “pay-what-you-can” model and want you to feel no obligation to pay if you do not have the resources. The amounts raised will help us produce more content to fuel our mission of helping people grow into the humans and leaders they want to be!
