My best advice for making your time count is to do regular calendar audits. When I do this, I ask myself questions such as: Do I like how I'm spending my time? Am I being efficient and effective with my time? Do I have enough time to think, strategize, and execute? Do I have enough time for the things I need to do and the things that are important to me at work and outside of it?
In this resource, I will share some reflection questions you can ask yourself that will help you understand how you’re currently using your time and how you might switch things up to give yourself more margin–and therefore, more time—in your days. I will also walk you through all of the steps of a calendar audit and include examples of what a calendar can look like when work and life work together.
