Effective listening is at the heart of good relationships and healthy company cultures. But rarely do we ever learn how to listen effectively.

This is the listening training that we do at Student Maid. The exercises are designed to show the dramatic impact that listening (and not listening) can have on us and our relationships. We believe the lessons they teach are so important that every person we hire does them as part of their training!

We’re sharing these exercises with you because of the profound impact they’ve had on our company. They caused us to change the way we work, lead, and communicate. You can do them with your team, your family, and your friends. We hope you find them as valuable as we have!
