Giving and Receiving Feedback
Our most popular guide yet!
Effective feedback is a crucial part of any organization, but it’s especially important to the ones that strive to be open, supportive, and empowering. We’ve done a lot of work with feedback, and we want to share with you our best advice on how to:
* Give both critical and positive feedback
* Receive critical feedback
* Recognize people in ways that make them feel valued and encouraged
We’ll help you find the words to begin and follow through with feedback conversations that inspire instead of divide. Our advice is based on what we’ve learned and experienced at Student Maid and also what we’ve learned from our friends at Barry Wehmiller, who generously allow us to share their innovative feedback tool, the FBI.
You will see that there is not a price for this guide. We believe in a “pay-what-you-can” model, and want you to feel no obligation to pay if you do not have the resources. The amounts raised will help us produce more content to fuel our mission of helping people grow into the humans and leaders they want to be!
If there’s anything our team can do to support you, shoot us an email at hello@kristenhadeed.com. We would also love to hear what you think about this guide and whether it inspires you to make changes in your organization.
